Schedule Appointment
Once you submit a Sell Form with us, a member from our acquisitions team will reach out and set up an in-person appointment or walkthrough with you at your discretion
Property Analysis
Expect to receive confirmation that we want to buy your property within 3 business days. We thoroughly analyze your property's financials to determine if it matches our buying criteria
Receive Offer
Expect to receive an offer within 1 business week. A fair market value will be determined based on the performance of your property
Determine Closing Date
Expect to close in as little as 75 days. We do our best to close to your needs and accurately assess the value of your property
Our Buying Criteria
What we look for in a property
Ideal Property
There is no such thing as a "perfect" property but we prefer properties that are 25 - 75 Units in size where we can work directly with the Seller and/or Listing Agent
Age/Condition
We are looking for C-class properties that were built between the 1950s to the 2000s with VALUE ADD OPPORTUNITY
Size
We specialize in small to medium multifamily properties between 5-150 units in size
Location
We prefer to buy properties located within 1hr of Madison or Milwaukee. However, we will travel state wide for properties greater than 50 units
